Esterbrook JR Pocket Fountain Pen – Purple Passion

This purple resin pocket-sized fountain pen is the Esterbrook JR, short for “J Reborn”. A modern take on a vintage classic, it is complemented by gold-plated trim and green accents on the top finial. It fills via standard international cartridge/converter (included) and has a gold-plated JoWo #5 stainless steel nib.

On top of the Key Lime pen, you will find a gold finial encircled in purple. On the Purple Passion, you’ll find the same but in a lime green. This little bit of contrast highlights the overall appeal and is again a homage to Key West, where nothing is as it seems and adventures are just waiting to be uncovered.

The “J” was the original Esterbrook’s sleek and suave, classic 1940’s and 50’s pocket pen that appealed to the practicality of the times. It was the perfect pen for both men and women, and we think it still is today. Our new “JR” model, introduced as part of our revival of the Esterbrook brand and added to our core line of collections, is stylish and refined without being too fancy.
